We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree that you will not:

• Use the app for commercial, public, or unlawful activities

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code

• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

• Share or redistribute app content without our permission

This license may be terminated immediately if you violate any restrictions or engage in misuse of the Services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, and media available within the app belong to Kanubhai Vaddoriya or our licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. User Conduct & Content

You are solely responsible for any content you submit or upload. You must ensure it does not:

• Violate privacy or intellectual property rights of others

• Contain illegal, harmful, or abusive material

• Interfere with or disrupt app functionality

We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate content or suspend user accounts that violate these Terms.

4. In-App Purchases, RevenueCat & Subscriptions

Some features may require purchases or subscriptions handled through official stores (Google Play / App Store) and RevenueCat. By purchasing:

• All transactions are final and processed securely by the platform provider

• We do not store or directly handle payment details

• Refunds must follow store policies (App Store or Google Play)

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends.

5. Ads & Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party advertising providers like AdMob and analytics tools. These services may collect data such as device identifiers to serve ads and improve user experience. Third parties operate under their own policies, which you should review.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app and all related materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or completeness of content

• Continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted service

• Compatibility with your devices or systems

Your use of the app is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kanubhai Vaddoriya, its developers, and partners shall not be liable for any:

• Data loss, revenue loss, or interruption of business

• Damages arising from inability to use or access the app

• Issues caused by third-party services, ads, or networks

8. Updates, Changes & Service Modifications
